Are you trying to decide how much allowance to give your kids? Do you wonder how much other parents give their children? Let's put all our heads together and determine how allowances are distributed. We'll take a look at the results in a few weeks.
Great idea for a poll. I’ve never given my kids a weekly allowance, as I never received an allowance when I was a kid. I did, however, get paid for any extra work I did for family, neighbors, family friends, etc., which gave me a good work ethic as a kid. I’d like to pass on to my children and encourage them to do a little extra work when they want to buy something special.
